Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Elizabeth Michael Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing sales to exceed company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through research and market analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and growing a client base.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
