Flannels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is £33,542, plus additional bonuses and incentives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and optimize product placement
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with regional management to implement company-wide initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and employees
  • Oversee cash management and financial reporting for the store
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to drive store performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
  • Background in fashion or luxury retail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
  • Experience in inventory management and loss prevention techniques
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
