Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service and advice to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to secure new clients and grow existing business.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of pension and insurance products.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and driving client satisfaction.
  • Renew client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to retain existing clients.
  • Grow income of client portfolio by increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve new business levels by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
  • Provide accurate reports and updates to management and clients on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and marketing activities.

Vacancy Details: Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, Location: Southport. This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team.
