The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, with experience of managing teams and delivering results-driven projects. You will work closely with our clinical leads and staff to ensure that our services meet the needs of our patients, and that we are providing the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of our healthcare services, including Enhanced Health in Care Homes, Digital Clinical Hub, PCN Cancer Services, and the PCN Pharmacy Team.
  • Collate and prepare performance reports, KPI data, and outcomes to inform decision-making and drive service improvement.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with governance requirements and professional standards.
  • Build relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote our services and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
