Employee Benefits Specialist

Job Description: Lloyd & Co. is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team in Southport. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and advice to clients across a range of employee benefits, including pensions, insurance, and other related services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service and advice to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to secure new clients and grow existing business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of employee benefits.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and driving client satisfaction.
- Renew client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to retain existing clients.
- Grow income of client portfolio by increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Achieve new business levels by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
- Provide accurate reports and updates to management and clients on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and marketing activities.
Vacancy Details: Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, Location: Southport. This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team.
