We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will play a vital role in managing our online presence and enhancing our brand's digital footprint.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media platforms, ensuring on-brand, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Content Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics and compelling digital content using tools like Canva to effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Email Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns aligned with marketing goals, driving engagement and conversions.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Design professional presentations that support sales and marketing efforts, conveying information clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Collateral: Create various sales materials to assist the sales team in engaging potential clients and promoting our products and services.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and maximize return on investment.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our online community in a professional manner, fostering positive relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing plans and achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work in social media/content creation.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Experience maintaining brand consistency across digital content.
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and sales collateral.
