Marketing Product Strategist Role

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Product Strategist to join our team in Edinburgh City Centre. As a key member of our loyalty and retention team, you will be responsible for aligning our product strategy with our overall commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and lead the strategic direction for various products and services to retain customers
  2. Manage and optimise the customer journey to ensure a positive experience from start to finish

Requirements

  1. Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Strategy, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in strategic marketing or product marketing roles
  3. Experience in loyalty, retention, or e-commerce data analysis is a plus
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  5. Experience managing multimillion-pound budgets
  6. Comfortable working across multiple projects and managing C-suite stakeholders
