We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a vital role in providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth experience for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and well-maintained
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the relevant staff member
- Assist with daily and weekly reporting, as advised by the Home Manager
- Support the Home Manager and Administrator with administrative tasks, including ordering stationery and supplies
- Promote the home and conduct show arounds for potential residents and their families
- Assist with recruitment efforts, as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
