Center Parcs is a leading provider of short break holidays, employing a team of over 10,000 across Head Office and six separate villages located in the UK and Ireland.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation / Financial Process Specialist to join our Group Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving change throughout the Finance function and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve risks and implement new processes to maximize business efficiency and enhance financial controls.
  • Document new processes, sell them into the business, and ensure they are being followed correctly.
  • Build effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including finance and non-finance teams.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively throughout the business, using strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Deliver practical experience of identifying and delivering change in a large corporate environment.

Working Arrangements

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available, allowing for flexible start and finish times.
