Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Production Oversight: Monitor and manage daily production activities to meet quality and production targets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the manufacturing team, our customers, and the senior management team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a fast-paced, multi-product manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Manufacturing or Engineering is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
