About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Product Manager to join our Category Management Braking IAM team in Wrexham, UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product portfolio life-cycle management strategies for Brake Engineering brand and Private Label Business.
  • Responsible for regional product range development plans, including business cases, to achieve defined KPI targets.
  • Act as regional aftermarket product owner to support front-line sales teams and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define commercial product requirements and position products in the right customer segments.
  • Maintain product master data for respective portfolios.
  • Support operational and strategic planning processes.
  • Drive product coverage and market launch targets.

Requirements

  • University degree in business or technical field.
  • Mid-term experience in product management, specification, and development.
  • Desirable knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures, and processes.
  • Strategic and analytic thinking, with ability to execute product strategy targets.
  • Negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Drive for results and execution.
