About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Product Manager to join our Category Management Braking IAM team in Wrexham, UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product portfolio life-cycle management strategies for Brake Engineering brand and Private Label Business.
- Responsible for creating regional product range development plans, including business cases, to achieve defined KPI targets.
- Act as the regional aftermarket product owner, supporting the front-line sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the team to define commercial product requirements and position products in the right customer segment for financial success.
- Maintain product master data for respective portfolios.
- Support operational and strategic planning processes in the region.
- Responsible for achieving target product coverage and market launch of products.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and product differentiations.
Requirements
- University degree in business or technical area.
- Mid-term experience in product management, specification, and development process.
- Desirable knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures, and processes.
- Strategic and analytic thinking, with active execution of product strategy targets.
- Negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Drive for results and execution.
