Overview: Everest People Solutions are recruiting for a skilled Production Supervisor on behalf of a leading food processor. As production supervisor, you will manage production operations within a slaughter facility. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with safety and quality standards, and the achievement of company KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the production team, ensuring efficient performance and compliance with quality standards.

* Train and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage attendance and holiday planning.

* Oversee cutting, processing, and packaging teams to ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and improve efficiency.

* Monitor KPIs, track performance, and optimize labor, yield, and production costs.

* Ensure product traceability, GMP compliance, and adherence to food safety and quality standards.

* Maintain personal hygiene standards and ensure proper training on critical control points.

* Enforce health and safety regulations, report incidents, and drive initiatives to reduce accidents.

* Ensure the team follows protective equipment protocols and safety systems.

* Drive process optimization and lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

* Assist with production projects and ensure the smooth operation of production processes.
