We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial properties in a local patch, undertaking inspections, arranging planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing rent payments, and organizing VAT returns and insurance.
The Role:- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
