About Us

As we embark on an exciting transformation over the next 5-year regulatory period, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution of our mains renewal activity, working closely with Project Coordinators and providing coaching when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning program management for end-to-end schemes, planning resources, equipment, and forecasting cost and delivery profiles.
  • Responsible for writing gated papers for assigned schemes as they progress through the program.
  • Liaising with the supply chain to manage plant, equipment, materials, and fittings for each scheme.
  • Directly supporting the Network Construction Manager to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in SAP and/or relevant systems for delivery and cost related to schemes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple large-scale complex projects, preferably in the utilities or water industry. A full UK driving license is also essential, as this role will require regular travel to different sites across the region.
