Job Title: Corporate Event Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled event coordinator to manage our public training events, requiring a strong leader with attention to detail and forward-thinking event coordination.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate and administer a portfolio of public training events, collaborating with internal teams for seamless delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Course Operations and other departments when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning, review, administration, and coordination of public training events.
  • Attend operational meetings to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Become familiar with Salesforce case management to ensure efficient client query resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating training events across formats (virtual, in-person).
  • Planning and scheduling skills transferable to accounting and tax advisory sectors.
  • Line management experience, focusing on people development and growth.
