TribePost Ltd is now recruiting for a Training Events Team Leader in Leicester, UK.

Location: Hybrid role – 2 days per week in our Leicester office
Salary: £29,000 per annum + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

We're looking for a strong leader with an eye for detail and a knack for forward-thinking in organisation and planning of our public training events.

In this role, you'll be managing a team of four, overseeing the planning and delivery of our public training events, and working closely with internal and external clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your expertise in scheduling, people management, and problem-solving will be essential as you guide the team through the daily tasks and occasional challenges that come with large-scale training events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, review, administration, and coordination of a portfolio of public training events.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with clients, co-hosts, venues, speakers, and suppliers to foster seamless training event support.
  • Monitor and evaluate client feedback to support continuous improvement and keep management updated on relevant developments.
  • Manage Salesforce cases and ensure efficient resolution of client queries.
  • Monitor and schedule courses to ensure feasibility and manage department reporting for senior management.
  • Take responsibility for learning any new systems or software to support the team's efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven line management experience, with a focus on people development.
  • Significant experience managing and coordinating training events across various formats (virtual, in-person).
  • Experience in planning and scheduling training programs, with skills transferable to the accounting and tax advisory sectors.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment.
  • The ability to lead a team in alignment with the Operational Strategy and the guidance of senior management.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally within the UK for on-site event management.
