We are seeking a skilled Camera Systems Engineer to join our team at Precision People. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our in-vehicle camera systems and back-office software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of in-vehicle camera systems and back-office software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a hardware and software environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support for in-vehicle and out station camera systems and back-office software
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using remote diagnostic tools
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or development teams for further resolution
  • Document technical solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Strong understanding of in-vehicle camera systems and back-office software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

**What We Offer:**

  • Salary: £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
