Operations Manager

This is a key role responsible for implementing the strategic direction of cleaning operations at Integral UK LTD. The successful candidate will ensure an engaged and positive team culture, reflecting our vision and values.
The area covered will include Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, Wiltshire, and South Wales. You will be managing approximately 30-35 sites and will lead a team of Mobile Supervisors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Cleaning teams to create a motivational and supportive working environment.
- Develop advanced planning of all cleaning operations, including periodic tasks with clear schedules and sign-off for all duties and tasks completed.
- Foster training and development of the team to establish good working practices and customer experience interactions.
- Provide professional support in service-related matters and contractual obligations.
- Maintain high standards, being flexible to meet changing operational needs and suggest new initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of cleaning feedback or complaints and manage them to conclusion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to promote teamwork and value addition.
- Manage and report on cleaning operational budgets with transparency, including forecasts.
- Control the delivery of colleagues' rosters, ensuring compliance is maintained.
- Lead and advise the team on absence and holiday records, including sickness and annual leave for direct reports.
- Perform monthly audits to ensure high standards of cleanliness and a safe environment.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain colleagues.
- Ensure quality performance measures (KPI's/SLA's) are adhered to and resolve failures with clear plans and next steps visible to all.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure service delivery meets ISO9001 requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Data Protection Act, GDPR, and associated regulations.
- Deliver excellent leadership, communication, and motivation to the site-based team, ensuring sound communication channels exist for achieving team goals.
- Ensure on-site Supervision Team manages their teams effectively.
