We are looking for a skilled Sales Ledger Administration Specialist to join our team in Hinckley. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, working closely with the Sales Ledger Team Leader and other team members.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  2. Processing sales orders with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy.">
  3. Inputting sales orders into the accounting system in a timely manner.">
  4. Creating and managing payment schedules to meet deadlines.">
  5. Updating and maintaining order books to ensure seamless operations.">
  6. Resolving billing queries through effective communication.">
  7. Liaising with business managers to guarantee sales order completeness.">
  8. Providing support to other Finance team members as needed.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a similar finance role. As a team player with excellent communication skills, you will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success of our finance department.

Based on your experience and qualifications, we anticipate your annual salary to be approximately £23,000.
