About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Outcomes Executive to join our team in Epsom. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring positive outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer accounts and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  2. Engage with customers to identify tailored solutions that meet their needs, while maintaining a high level of customer care and consideration for their financial circumstances.
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of Consumer Duty regulations and ensure all collections processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a customer service, collections, or financial services role.
  2. Strong understanding of Consumer Duty regulations and their application in a financial services environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with customers.
  4. Flexible attitude towards duties and strong time management skills.
  5. Proficiency with relevant software and CRM systems.
