About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Ashford & Canterbury Community Mental Health Admin Team. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Clinical Team and managers in providing excellent care to our service users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the admin mailbox and take and screen phone calls
  • Minute meetings and maintain accurate records
  • Use the patient record system RIO (training provided) to manage patient information
  • Regular patient contact by phone/text to arrange appointments and other tasks
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
