About the RoleThis challenging role requires the ability to drive sales growth, manage teams, and oversee business operations. As a Branch Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, including sales, marketing, logistics, and purchasing.
The successful candidate will have strong sales experience or some managerial experience within the electrical, builders merchant, plumbing, and heating sectors. You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities.
