Customer Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Liaison Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive and professional customer service to all residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with our operational teams to ensure that all resident liaison is managed effectively, from initial contact to completion of work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, local community groups, and other stakeholders to promote positive engagement and social value activities.
- Manage customer communications, including regular updates and feedback, to ensure that residents are informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Support the delivery of social value activities, working closely with our contract lead to ensure that these are delivered in line with contract requirements.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a social housing or community-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
- IT literate, with experience of using business systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
- Full driving license and ability to travel to various locations as required.
