  • Have previous experience in a busy role providing administrative support and client liaison.
  • Consistently deliver excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and other business software applications.
  • Enjoy interacting with clients and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Be professional and confident in telephone and email communication, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Possess strong communication skills with the ability to listen, take notes and provide the relevant support/information.
  • Be self-motivated, highly organised, and work well as part of a team, contributing to the success of the recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Assist with client liaison, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing updates on job vacancies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment agency or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other business software applications.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
