**Job Summary**

Vertical Advantage is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.


**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Manage day-to-day order processing and customer inquiries within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve any issues or delays in shipment schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed about the status of their orders.
  • Oversee the international movement of goods and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for supply chain management.


**Requirements:**


  • Graduate calibre or equivalent working experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer or supplier relationship management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a shipping or logistics role.
