Job Title: Wealth Management Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services administrator to join our team in Swindon. As a Wealth Management Administrator, you will work alongside our Advisers and wider Wealth Management Team, supporting with all technical administration and client management queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, answering questions and finding relevant information.
  • Liaise with third party providers to process business applications, answer queries, and raise any issues.
  • Complete fund transfers & switches, complete ID & AML forms, process payments, drawdowns and withdrawals.
  • Process a range of pension, CGT, lifetime allowance and investment calculations.
  • Develop your knowledge across pension, investment, tax, trust and estate planning areas.
  • Assist Advisers with meeting preparation and the completion of meeting support packs.
  • Assist with the production of suitability letters and other client correspondence.
  • Update all systems with client information and workflow.
  • Support new / junior members of the team, working in a team environment and supportive work culture.
