Job Title: Wealth Management Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services administrator to join our team in Swindon. As a Wealth Management Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers and Wealth Management Team with technical administration and client management queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to their queries.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to process business applications, answer queries, and raise any issues.
  • Process fund transfers, switches, ID & AML forms, payments, drawdowns, and withdrawals.
  • Process pension, CGT, lifetime allowance, and investment calculations.
  • Develop your knowledge across pension, investment, tax, trust, and estate planning areas.
  • Assist Advisers with meeting preparation and the completion of meeting support packs.
  • Assist with the production of suitability letters and other client correspondence.
  • Update all systems with client information and workflow.
  • Support new and junior members of the team in a team-oriented environment.
