We are a team of seasoned business professionals who have run our own companies, made mistakes, learned from them, and built many successful businesses. Our goal is to help scale-ups and SMEs succeed by providing part-time, fractional, and interim CEOs, MDs, NEDs, and real-world advisors.

As a Regional Director with Boardroom Advisors, you will have the opportunity to build your own region, team of advisors, potential partners, and clients. This is a unique chance to share in the future of our business, which plans to be owned by senior staff in a 5-6 year period through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) or similar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales: Leverage your expertise to sell our services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services, build our brand, and attract new clients.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and advisors.
  • Recruitment: Attract, select, and develop a team of high-performing advisors.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage your team to achieve business objectives, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive the support and guidance they need to succeed.
Requirements

We are looking for experienced business professionals who have run their own companies, have experience as consultants or board advisors, and possess strong business development and sales skills. You will have a strong network, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
