Job Description

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a Birmingham-based school.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the class teacher in providing a tailored learning experience, offering behaviour and pastoral support, and building strong relationships with students.

About the School

The school serves students aged 4-19 years, providing a specialized curriculum and therapy services to cater to their unique needs.

A multidisciplinary team including Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists works together to ensure comprehensive support.

Requirements and Benefits

A competitive salary of £80-£90 per day (PAYE, term-time only) is available.

On-site training, support, and continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities will be provided.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a Psychology/Criminology/Social Science degree or equivalent qualifications.
