About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and person-centered Mental Health Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our specialist mental health recruitment team, you will work with various organizations across the UK, including the NHS, private, and third sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs in a secure unit setting.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in mandatory training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes excellence in care.
Requirements
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals with mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in people's lives.
  • PMVA training or willingness to obtain it.
