Key Responsibilities:- Designing and developing new aerospace systems and products.
- Leading cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve efficiency.
- Collaborating with suppliers and customers to gather requirements and communicate solutions.
- Conducting GD&T analysis of assemblies and components for non-conforming parts.
- Specifying new test equipment for product output.
- Supporting the sustainment team to identify issues across software, electronics, and hydraulics.
- Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent.
- Significant experience in Aerospace Engineering.
- Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic principles.
- Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Experience in designing and developing aerospace systems and products.
- Strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to analyze complex technical data and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced engineering environment.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £75,000. Benefits include competitive private healthcare, life assurance, contributory pension, profit share, and 25 days holiday.
