At Safran companies, we understand the importance of innovation and collaboration in achieving excellence. As a Test Technician Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of new aircraft designs.

About the apprenticeship

This is a three-year programme that includes both theoretical and practical training. In the first year, you will attend a private local engineering training provider where you will complete relevant qualification units. In the second and third years, you will work at Safran's Landing Systems Services site, completing allocated tasks and achieving a Level 3 Diploma.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with industry leaders and the latest equipment.
  • Gain valuable experience in aircraft production.
  • Participate in interesting and sustainable projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs with a Grade C/5 or above in Maths, English, and Science (or predicted for 2025). You must also have strong communication and teamwork skills.
