Aerospace Continuous Improvement Specialist

Join a world leader in aircraft landing and braking systems where you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. As an Aerospace Continuous Improvement Specialist, your primary focus will be on supporting the management and facilitation of continuous improvement projects and initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a systematic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to implement solutions, undertake root cause analysis, and instigate/manage change. You will work closely with peers internally and across the group to ensure best practice implementation and support the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday + UK Bank Holidays, annual bonus & Share scheme options, pension scheme (up to 8% match), life assurance (4x salary), and more. Our Gloucester site is a centre of excellence dedicated to the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of landing gears and associated components for civil, military, and helicopter aircraft.
