Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for driving improvements in automation and process control to enhance quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive improvements in automation and process control to improve quality and efficiency
  • Administer Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Install, operate, and tune Microsoft SQL Server
  • Install and use Microsoft Office Products, including M365
  • Install and use Web Services, including Microsoft IIS
  • Understand network, firewall, and VPN technologies
  • Understand server, virtualization, and storage technologies
  • Install and use security software, including anti-virus and anti-malware
  • Familiarity with AWS AppStream, RDS, EC2, and VPC
  • Commercial acumen to ensure accuracy of scopes, quotations, and delivery
  • Familiarity with service management processes and systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud and Atlassian
