About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Education Horizons. As a key member of our Technology Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure to support our growing user base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Work closely with the Support Team to provide escalation support for customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains cutting-edge and secure.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
