Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, United Kingdom Aspire People Limited Full time
Teaching Assistant Opportunity in SEMH School

We are excited to be supporting a local SEMH school in Grimsby who are looking to add a number of Teaching Assistants to their team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. The school offers a competitive pay rate of up to £95 per day.

About the Role

The school can accommodate either full-time educators or those that can commit to 2-4 days per week, but must be full days as no morning/afternoon shifts are available. Groups are based on ability, not age, so you could be supporting pupils aged 6-16. Each group has a maximum of 6 pupils, with a minimum of 3 staff members. The pupils can be challenging, and all candidates should be resilient, adaptable, and creative.

Working Hours and School Environment

Working hours are 0830 - 1600. The school would like to invite suitable interested educators in for a meet-and-greet at the earliest opportunity, which will include a tour of the school, meeting the Head Teacher, and discussing more about the responsibilities of this role.

Requirements and Commitment

If you are interested in this opportunity and can commit to full days, between 2-5 days per week, please apply now or get in touch with us as soon as possible. Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and expect every candidate to share this commitment. Placements are subject to appropriate Child Protection screening, including checks with former employers and the Disclosure and Barring Checks.
