Are you an experienced Clinical Psychologist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Neurodevelopmental Services Director to join our team at the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our services and ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality care to children and young people with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled clinician with strong leadership abilities to take on a strategic role and drive innovation within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, building partnerships with external organizations, and promoting best practice in working with neurodevelopmental disorders.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop and maintain effective partnerships and networks
  • Contribute to the development of policy and guidelines that promote best practice in working with neurodevelopmental disorders
Requirements
  • HMCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
  • Post-registration training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice
  • Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, generous annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
