Lead Care Manager for Therapeutic Home

A talented and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager is sought to join our client's team at their new therapeutic home in Rugeley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and has a proven track record of success in a management position.
The successful candidate will possess a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management or be working towards this, with experience of working with people with severe autism and/or learning disabilities. They will also have knowledge of Ofsted guidelines and Quality Standards for Children's Homes.
As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of carers and support workers, implementing strategic plans to improve services, and maintaining accurate records and reports. You will also build strong relationships with families, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We are committed to supporting the development of our staff, providing ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement.
