Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager
Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to oversee our client's brand-new EBD therapeutic home in Rugeley. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to children in need.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management or be working towards this, with a proven track record of success in a management position within children's social care. They will also have experience of working with people with severe autism and/or learning disabilities, as well as knowledge of Ofsted guidelines and Quality Standards for Children's Homes.

Key responsibilities will include developing and leading a vibrant care team, implementing strategic plans to improve services, and building strong relationships with families, staff, and external partners. A valid Enhanced DBS is essential, with preference given to those on the update service.
