Job Title: Business Risk Officer

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Officer to join our team. As a Business Risk Officer, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating operational risks within our global financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and materiality evaluations to identify high-risk processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to design and implement integrated global operational control assessments.
  • Assess and test end-to-end risks and controls to identify gaps and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement control enhancements and automation solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Provide assurance on control design and performance for an area, at a global, regional, or sub-level.
  • Build and report High Risk Process (HRP) metrics to senior management and the Processing Risk Committee.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, risks, and related controls associated with Markets businesses.
  • Experience in financial services, with a focus on planning, scoping, and/or leading execution of Internal Audit, Compliance, or First Line assurance projects.
  • Strong track record in project management implementation.
