Job Title: Business Risk Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Officer to join our team at Citigroup Global Markets Limited. As a Business Risk Officer, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating operational risks across our global markets business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and materiality evaluations to identify high-risk processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to design and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain risk metrics and reporting to ensure timely and accurate risk information.
  • Partner with front office, operations, finance, technology, and risk management teams to deliver integrated risk assessments and control enhancements.
  • Identify and document control weaknesses and gaps, and develop implementable actions to address them.
  • Write reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of a global, cross-regional, and cross-business team of risk professionals.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, risks, and related controls in financial services.
  • Experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or first-line assurance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to articulate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve success.
  • Extensive relevant experience in risk management or a related field.
