Job Description:

The role involves performing general administrative duties such as responding to phone calls and emails, ordering stock and parts for vehicles, liaising with customers, and ensuring H&S documentation is in order.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing administrative duties within a close-knit office environment
  • Liaising with customers via phone calls and emails
  • Ordering stock for the office and parts for vehicles
  • Ensuring H&S documentation is in order
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a background in a vehicle workshop or commercial dealership environment and be able to demonstrate excellent administrative skills. A strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure are essential.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,500 per annum, plus bonus and pension contributions. This is a Monday to Friday role with a start time between 7:30-8:30am and finish time between 4:30-5:30pm.
