Administrative Support Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Wiveliscombe.
About the Job:This role involves managing a significant number of client accounts, requiring exceptional administrative and customer service skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver excellent customer service by processing customer enquiries, resolving queries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily administration tasks including preparing quotations, managing sales and despatch, and maintaining accurate records.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS AND DEVELOP NEW CONTACTS THROUGH TELEPHONE AND EMAIL COMMUNICATION.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure all customer files are up-to-date and accurately recorded, adhering to high standards of organization and presentation.
This position comes with a competitive salary (£28,000 - £32,000 per annum) and potential quarterly bonus.
