Customer Service Specialist

At Total Training Provision, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Service Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Process provisioning activities, including lines and connectivity, with precision and attention to detail.
- Submit number ports and perform associated administrative tasks with ease.
- Manage and process additional work requests using our ticket-based CRM system.
- Liaise and coordinate with carriers and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support and maintain relationships with internal teams to drive business success.
- Update and maintain provisioning documentation and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide regular communication and support to customers via email and telephone.
- Carry out customer service tasks to support the wider team when needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends in the Internet, Telecoms, and IT industries.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Dedicate yourself to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
