Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively in activities that promote social interaction and independence
  • Document care notes and follow established care plans to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in CQC/Ofsted regulated care environments
  • Valid driving license for flexible transportation
  • English language proficiency for effective communication

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.00, reflecting the value we place on our Support Workers. Working hours are part-time, ranging from 6-30 hours per week, with flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.
