Job Title: Senior Children\u0027s Residential Support Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our team at Proline Care. As a Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children/young people in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children underpinned by therapeutic parenting principles.
- Support young people through their daily routines by accompanying, where necessary, to and from activities, school, learning environments, appointments etc.
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in supervision, personal development plans and attend mandatory training.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and milestones.
- Ensure all reports and documentation are up to date in accordance to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Working towards or completed Level 4 Diploma in Children\u0027s and Young People workforce.
- 2 years experience working with Children in a residential setting.
- Valid driver\u0027s license (if driving is required).
