Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the grocery retail sector. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key store decision makers and leveraging these relationships to ensure our products and promotions are given prominent and maximum space in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling into Grocery multiples, such as ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrison, in your territory, working on behalf of one of the top 10 brands in the UK.
  • Building great relationships with key store decision makers and leveraging these relationships to ensure our products and promotions are given prominent and maximum space in the store.
  • Using the company tablet to store data to spot any gaps and ensure stock is always available.
  • Working with a friendly, collaborative team who work together to achieve results and have the support and guidance of your field manager.

Requirements:

  • A full driving licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A great package offered £25,000 + £2,500 Bonus (STC) per annum.
  • Flexible hours -37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
