Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,654 - £31,383 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our busy Neonatal Unit, providing high-quality care to patients and supporting a multi-professional team. You will be responsible for managing your own area during shifts and assisting junior colleagues.

About Our Team

Our Level III Neonatal Unit provides a wide range of services to sick newborn babies, forming part of the South West Midlands Newborn Network. We have 30 cots available, offering therapies such as Nitric Oxide and Cooling using state-of-the-art equipment.

Our team has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare and offers career development opportunities, including extended roles like Transport nurses, Neonatal educational practitioners, Research nurses, Advanced neonatal nurse practitioners, Developmental care nurse & Infant feeding nurse roles.

We also encourage staff development onto Mentoring and Management courses, helping you progress in your career. Our team supports parent resuscitation training, Sibling support sessions, monthly parent coffee mornings, and yearly 'Graduate' parties.
