Job Description

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the nursing team in the Neonatal Unit, providing expert clinical care to neonates and supporting and educating parents and families. You will work closely with doctors, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration.
  • QIS course and significant experience in neonatal nursing.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training, and a willingness to adapt to changing healthcare environments.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £54,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive pension scheme and opportunities for professional development and career progression in a supportive and inclusive working environment.
